At Extramarks Education Foundation (EEF), we believe that quality education is a right, not a privilege. Since 2008, we have been working toward Equity in Education by integrating technology with grassroots impact across India.

Through our flagship initiative Project PEHAL, we are transforming government schools by introducing digital learning infrastructure and NEP-aligned curriculum empowering both students and educators in underserved communities.

Now, we are looking for a dynamic CSR & Partnerships Manager to join us in accelerating this mission.

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving CSR partnerships, corporate fundraising, and strategic alliances to support our education and edtech initiatives.

You will:

• Onboard new CSR partners, corporates, PSUs, and foundations
• Drive funding for education & edtech projects
• Manage and grow existing CSR relationships
• Build strong partnerships with corporates, government bodies & HNIs
• Develop proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches
• Identify new funding opportunities and collaborations
• Represent EEF at client meetings and CSR forums

Who Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in CSR, NGO partnerships, fundraising, or corporate alliances

Strong exposure to CSR funding and partnership development

Experience working with corporates, PSUs, or foundations

Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

Exposure to education/edtech projects (preferred)

Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA from a reputed institute

Willingness to travel
