Designation - Jr. Manager/Manager - Corporate Sales

CTC - 3-4 Lakh

Job Description:

Engage with corporate employees through on-ground activities, presentations, and discussions to educate them on tax-efficient car leasing benefits
Support senior team members in developing corporate partnerships and managing relationships
Assist in executing employee engagement campaigns inside corporate offices
Manage leads, customer conversations, follow-ups, and support conversion to successful deals
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and update daily funnel and activity reports
Coordinate with internal operations & customer success teams for smooth onboarding
Conduct research on target corporates, competition, and market insights
Support preparation of weekly and monthly business performance reports
Participate in corporate events, roadshows, HR/Employee sessions, and meetings as required
Identify opportunities for new business and revenue growth

Desired candidate:

Freshers or 02 years of experience in sales / business development / corporate relations
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals
Good with numbers and basic Excel skills
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred (training will be provided)
Energetic, self-driven, and willing to travel for corporate activations
Strong ownership, positive attitude, and target-driven mindset
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Passion for automotive, mobility, or fintech sectors is an advantage
