Job Description

• Employee Experience Initiatives:
  • Execute the Employee Experience charter and projects under the program through supporting processes related to planning, coordination, reporting, project management and cross functional collaboration
  • Help with research and benchmarking to ideate, create and implement strategies to enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle -  candidate to alumni
  • Responsible for crafting a workplace experience that authentically reflects the mission, vision, values and culture of GDS through meaningful engagement.
  • Track, monitor and report on the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in employee experience and engagement.
• Cross-functional collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that improve the employee experience with an objective to achieve business process improvement, standardization, automation and leveraging new/disruptive technologies to better employee experience.
  • Focused on strategic partnering between Talent CoEs to synergize and deliver on the organization’s talent agenda
  • Communicate effectively with employees and other Talent CoEs to keep them informed of changes and updates
• Listening:
  • Help with setting up listening channels to manage interactions, perceptions and feelings that an employee has with GDS from recruitment to exit
  • Helping democratize talent through championing employees’ perspectives in GDS’s strategic decision-making through listening
  • Analyse employee feedback and data from period Employee Pulse surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement related to the work environment, culture, and overall satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for overall reporting of People Pulse Surveys to Leadership
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction while addressing concerns and adapting programs based on employee sentiment.
• GDS Sunshine Clubs:
  • Organize company-wide events and activities that foster team building and a sense of community.
  • Supporting GDS Sunshine Clubs to enable workforce channelize their energies in areas of their passion, engage, experience a sense of belonging by promoting work-life balance and employee morale
• Vendor Management: Interact and collaborate with vendors for various employee experience initiatives such as conducting engagement events, gifting and listening programs
