| Key Roles and Responsibilities | üCreate compelling, high-quality, and engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, emails (for internal Company consumption and external circulation), and marketing campaigns üCraft compelling headlines and copy that grabs attention and drives engagement üResearch industry-related topics to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant üCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and gather content requirements üEnsure content is aligned with brand voice and goals üEdit and proofread content for grammar, style, and consistency üStay updated on trends in content marketing, SEO, and industry best practices | ||
| Skills | üProven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role üExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Hindi. Any other regional language a plus üKnowledge of social media platforms and content strategies üFamiliarity with SEO principles and tools üCreative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and a passion for storytelling üAbility to write for diverse audiences and adapt tone/style accordingly üStrong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics üStrong attention to detail üExcellent time management and organisational skills | ||
| Qualifications/ Experience
| üGraduate OR Post-graduate Degree in English, Journalism, Media & Communications, Marketing OR a related field from premier/Tier I institutes ü4-5 years of work experience in the BFSI space OR a related field | ||
