Content Marketing Executive

Role summary

Were looking for a Content Marketing Executive who can write sharp

copy, run content production end to end and manage online reputation

and community management. Youll work closely with design, video,

performance marketing and admissions to make sure the right content

goes out on time and the right conversations happen every day.

1) Copywriting

• Write captions, ad copies, landing page sections, emailers, WhatsApp messages, scripts and event invites
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels and formats, across institutions
• Build a swipe file of best performing hooks, CTAs and objections

2) Content and production management

• Own the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels as required
• Create clear briefs for designers and video editors with hooks, structure, references and deadlines
• Coordinate shoots, testimonials and student stories with internal teams and vendors
• Keep asset storage organised: naming, versions, final files, approvals
• Final call on proof reading of all institutional communication.

3) ORM and community management

• Manage comments, DMs, review replies and key queries across channels with fast turnaround
• Handle negative comments and reviews calmly, without arguing, and escalate when needed
• Maintain response templates and FAQs while keeping replies personalised
• Share weekly insights: common objections, confusion points, content requests and sentiment shifts

Skills and experience

• 3 years+ in content marketing, social content or comms
• Strong writing skills with an eye for clarity and punch
• Comfortable coordinating production with multiple stakeholders
• Good judgement for public replies and sensitive situations
• Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn content formats and basic analytics
• Agency Experience a must.
