Content Manager

Role Overview:-

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our content initiatives at Thrillophilia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the voice of our brand, developing high-quality travel content, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content that enhances customer experience, improves SEO, and strengthens our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead a team of writers, editors, and freelancers to produce engaging travel content (blogs, destination guides, itineraries, web copy, social media content, etc.).
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure content optimization and visibility.
• Create and maintain editorial calendars, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and quality.
• Analyze content performance using metrics and insights to continuously improve engagement.
• Manage end-to-end content lifecycle from ideation to publishing.
• Stay updated with travel trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor activities.

Requirements:-

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
• 5+ years of experience in content creation, editing, or management (preferably in travel/e-commerce).
• Proven experience in leading a content team with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, digital marketing, and content analytics.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• Passion for travel and storytelling.
