What Youll Own Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

• Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
• Be the voice and personality of the brand across social platforms where required.
• Turn everyday ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
• Experiment with formats, hooks, storytelling styles, and creative concepts.

Social Media Strategy & Community Growth

• Build and scale our presence across Instagram, YouTube, Quora, and Reddit.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and campaign ideas aligned with marketing goals.
• Engage with audiences and help build a strong online community around the brand.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and viral formats.

Growth Marketing

• Run content-led growth experiments to increase reach and engagement.
• Identify creative opportunities to grow traffic, followers, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on high-impact digital campaigns.
• Continuously test ideas and scale strategies that drive results.

SEO & Website Growth

• Drive organic traffic through SEO-led content strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content.
• Support improvements in website content structure and performance.
• Ensure content contributes to both social media engagement and search visibility.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, website traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use insights to refine content strategies and growth initiatives.

What Were Looking For

• 34 years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong ability to create engaging content for short-form and long-form platforms.
• Comfortable representing the brand on camera when required.
• Familiarity with video editing and content creation tools.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, social media algorithms, and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative, curious, and experimental mindset.
