What would you do? As a senior content writer, youll collaborate with the senior Editorial members and subject matter experts to create, edit and proofread engaging content based on a pre-designated format, style and guidelines. Digital content management and strategy will also be a part of your role. Youll work with stakeholders to provide clear, helpful and relevant content on various topics ranging from help center articles to policies. Mastery over English language both spoken and written, knowledge of American English, style guides and common parlances are a must. This is a client facing role, therefore, a proven track record of client expectations management is desired. The editing environment is fast paced and spans both linguistic and technical domains. It is a role with abundant growth prospects to team leadership positions and carries with it rewards and recognition for exemplary performance. The right candidate will have prior CMS experience, which includes basic HTML, URL building and typesetting. The role will include research, industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies), writing clear marketing copies to promote products/services, preparing well-structured drafts using CMS/tools, proofreading & editing content before publication, coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles, conducting simple keyword research, using SEO guidelines to increase web traffic and identifying customers needs and gaps in the content and updating on website.

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Create, edit and publish content for various topics, including human resource policies, hiring, strategy, organizational management and help center support Work closely with the client as well as the editorial team to come up with content relevant to the task/scope of the assignment Utilize metrics and user feedback to consistently improve processes and writing approach Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow-up Monitor project performance and timelines, setting and meeting deadlines Maintain confidentiality of our partners content Ability to function well in a highly collaborative cross-functional environment Be an outstanding performer on an individual basis when it comes to writing, editing and proofreading content Be committed to quality control and come up with zero-error content consistently Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances and situations
