Job Summary

As a Consulting Director you will leverage your extensive experience in Hadoop Spark Hive Linux Python and Risk Management to drive impactful solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced data solutions using Hadoop Spark and Hive to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Oversee risk management processes to ensure the security and integrity of data systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in Linux and Python to support the development and maintenance of data infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of data systems to meet the growing needs of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes systems and workflows.
  • Conduct regular assessments of data systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in data technology to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion of data initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on project progress and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data team.

  • Possess strong technical skills in Hadoop Spark and Hive.
  • Demonstrate expertise in risk management processes.
  • Have extensive experience with Linux and Python.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing data-driven strategies.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
  • Proven track record of managing successful data projects.
  • Strong understanding of data security and integrity principles.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Experience in a hybrid work model.
  • Ability to work during the day shift with no travel required.
