Job Description:
Relevant Experience Levels: About 6 – 12 years
Education: Engineering/equivalent (mandatory), MBA (preferred)
Mandatory Skillsets and Experience:
- Experience in consulting-oriented roles in telecom industry, business/strategy, process or technology areas
- Good understanding of key telecom business processes such as Order to activate, Lead to Quote, Quote to Order, provisioning, billing etc. (along with eToM business frameworks understanding)
- Exposure to the BSS / OSS of the communication providers
- Independently working and coordinating with the key stakeholders involved in the telecom processes.
- Exposure in capturing requirements from business stakeholders and working closely with project teams.
- Exposure in creating business requirement documents / functional requirement document.
- Experience in creating workflows, user stories and sprint grooming sessions (preferred).
- Experience working in large deals and business pursuits (preferred).
- Understand the industry trends, business imperatives, strategic growth areas and underlying technological trends.
- Client facing roles in previous projects.
- Extremely good communication and presentation skills along with soft skills
- Balanced temperament towards work – a blended characteristic of patience and always striving to achieve better value for the client and organization.
Desirable Skillsets:
- Exposure and understanding of key digital battlegrounds such as IoT, Edge, Analytics and Cloud.
- eTOM certifications and training are desirable.
- PMP / CSPO / CSM certifications are desirable.
- Working knowledge in project management tools like
