Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves analyzing data providing insights and supporting our clients in making informed decisions. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our consulting services and contributing to the companys growth and success.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights for clients in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide up-to-date advice.
  • Support the development of new consulting services and offerings.
  • Provide training and support to clients on new processes and systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of consulting services.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide expert insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support client projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Should be proficient in data analysis tools and software.
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a client-focused approach and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to produce accurate and reliable results.
