Exp- 6 to 12 yrs

Responsibilities Include

• Monitoring system health checks for all Production Landscapes.
• Monitoring of Background Jobs and troubleshoot
• Maintaining the profile parameters, sap level and OS level
• RFC administration
• Defining operation modes and assigning time intervals to the operation modes.
• Performed Managing Transport Requests through SAP level and OS level
• Apply Support Package through SPAM
• Apply Add-on components through SAINT
• Experience in Kernel Patch Upgrade
• Applying Licenses ABAP and java systems
• SAP PI/PO administration activities like performance monitoring and health checks.
• SAP PI/PO Adapter restart and server nodes administration
• SAP Enterprise portal Administration
• SAP PI/PO Communication channel monitoring.
• Message monitoring and java services monitoring.
• Business system configuration and project import/Export activities.
• Java systems monitoring using WILY
• Maintaining system profile parameters and dynamically customizing profile parameter
• Configure and Maintained Operation Modes and Maintaining the LOGON groups.
• Spool Administration and troubleshooting printing related issues
• Client Maintenance and Administration: Created Client and Define Client settings, Performed Local Client Copy, Remote Client Copy, Client Export and Import.
• Configured Transport Management System, Creating the Transport Domain Controller, Include the System into the Domain, and Configuring the Transport Routes and Layers.
• Registering the Developer and SAP Objects keys on support.sap.com portal.
• ORT checks after OS migration
• New language installation SMLT
• License installations and temporary license installations.
• OSS connection open and Maintain the Secure Area on support.sap.com portal

Must-Have

• SAP Administration Knowledge in SAP ABAP-JAVA Systems
• Knowledge in SAP Solution Manager CHARM configuration and troubleshooting Issues
• Managed System and Alert Configurations in Solution Manager
• The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings

Good-to-Have

• Self-starter and excellent communication skills in English
• Should be able to work with different Vendors and have knowledge on troubleshooting Infrastructure/DB Issues
• Clear understanding of the industry and competitive trends that impact your role
