Responsibilities

Job summary: As a Load Balance Expert Consultant, the primary purpose is to provide specialized expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing load balancing solutions to enhance network performance and reliability for clients.

Technical Skills

Experience required 15 + years
Primary Skills Expert level knowledge on Citrix Netscalers . Strong knowledge of Citrix ADC and Load balacing , traffic management and security features
Understanding of networking concepts , including TCP/IP, DNS and routing protocols
Experience in working on heterogeneous network with managing various technologies .
Able to Train Junior members in the team
knowledge of load balancing algorithms, Persistence and health checks
Experience with SSL / TLS certificates , Authentication and web application firewall
Able to troubleshoot complex issues on Citrix infrastructure .
Review Network standards and recommend new hardware standards on loadbalancing side
Review network design and provide recommendation on Low Level Designs and configuration standards
Able to debug production issues
Scripting knowledge using Python or Ansible, PowerShell for automation etc.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability in coaching and mentoring the team.
Demonstrated strategic approach to plan infrastructure based on volumes and business requirements.
Excellent influencing and decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate with experts in the group to advice and facilitate decisions and key concepts in the Business Line.
