Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Salesforce Effectiveness to support strategic monitoring, team coordination, performance tracking, and mentoring of the Salesforce Effectiveness team. The role requires a seasoned pharmaceutical sales professional who can guide field teams, strengthen sales practices, and improve overall salesforce productivity and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic monitoring and guidance to enhance salesforce effectiveness across field teams.
  • Coordinate and work closely with the Salesforce Effectiveness team to track performance metrics and drive improvements.
  • Monitor field team productivity and ensure alignment with sales strategies and organizational goals.
  • Mentor and guide senior sales leaders and regional teams to improve execution and sales outcomes.
  • Evaluate and strengthen pharmaceutical sales practices and field force operations.
  • Support implementation of systems and processes that enhance sales tracking and performance management.
  • Provide periodic insights and recommendations to leadership on improving salesforce effectiveness and field performance.
  • Participate in review meetings and strategic discussions related to sales performance and team effectiveness.


Eligibility / Experience

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • Proven experience in managing large sales teams, including leadership exposure at levels such as ZSM (Zonal Sales Manager) and ASM (Area Sales Manager).
  • Prior experience working with multinational pharmaceutical companies (MNCs) preferred.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical sales practices and field operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring and improving field team performance and salesforce effectiveness.
  • Ability to mentor senior sales professionals and drive performance improvements.

Travel Requirement:
