Assignment Title MS Office 2016/2019/365 Design and SupportAssignment Description Perform activities within MS Office application design/configuration, application troubleshooting, application testing, application patching Troubleshooting and working as 3rd line support Providing proposals and solutions to business requirements Capability for ensuring that the work done complies with given specifications and customer quality requirementsMandatory Skills High level technical understanding Well organized and attentive to details Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural and diverse organization Knowledge of the following products or technologies:- MS Office 2016/2019/365- MS Office 365 cloud environment- MS Windows 10/11- MS Office related GPOs- MS Office WSUS Sec. Patches- Release guidelines creation (application and patch)Secondary/preferred skills - MS Exchange- Good skills in investigating solutions for new and unique issues
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
