Job description:

Microsoft SQL Server DBA with experience in large and critical environments.\\r\\n Knowledge of performance tuning at both server level and query level. Candidate must have knowledge of perfmon, SQL Server dynamic management views. \\r\\n Knowledge of SQL server internals.\\r\\n Knowledge of SQL partitioning and compression\\r\\n Hands-on experience on mirroring, replication and Always ON\\r\\n Good knowledge of scripting T-Sql, Power Shell, or Python. \\r\\n Excellent knowledge of SSIS packages.\\r\\n Hands-on experience on SQL Server Clustering.\\r\\n Hands-on experience on Integration Services, Reporting services and Analysis services\\r\\n Must have good knowledge in SQL Server permission/security policies.\\r\\n

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
