JD:Working knowledge in Salesforce and Vlocity using Omni Script, Card UI Framework, Data Raptor, Salesforce Lightening Framework, Process Libraries Well versed with Vlocity Out of the box features and functionality Hands-on knowledge of building Lightning Components Hands-on experience using DevOps continuous integration and good understanding of working in Scrum teams following Agile methodology Technical Experience : Experience on Salesforce Development Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Experience on Salesforce Administration Knowledge on CPQ Knowledge on Order Management process Data modelling Github Git tools Educational Qualification : B Tech or Equivalent
- To analyze the assigned PC/CI (production support/continuous improvement) incidents and propose solutions /fixes
- To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs
- To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements
- To participate in team meetings
- To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project
