Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data providing insights and supporting strategic decision-making processes within the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting forecasting and long-term planning.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards regulations and internal controls.
  • Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business cases and investment decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
  • Provide training and support to junior analysts and other team members.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and financial software to perform complex financial analysis.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Show proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Have experience with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Display strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
