Job Description

Responsibilities

:
• Incident Management for issues to be reported
• Troubleshoot the issue
• Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents
• Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary
• Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization
• Update incident management tool with required details
• Hands-on experience with UiPath
• Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required
• Work on Change requests during idle time

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Applications
• Proven experience of RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script
• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services
• Experience with .NET framework: C#
• Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script
• Experience in IT / ITSM project
• Hands-on experience on MS Power Platform (at least one project)
• MS Power Platform Certification
• Rotational shift – Morning, Afternoon, Night (night shifts will be on rotational basis)
• Work Location: Gurgaon (Badshahpur) or Hyderbad (Uppal)
• 100% from office (hybrid or remote working not allowed)
