Construction Project Manager

Swadar Properties and Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Project Manager Building Construction to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in Bangalore. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a results-driven approach to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee end-to-end execution of residential and/or commercial building projects
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks
• Monitor site progress and prepare periodic MIS and status reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety norms, and local authority regulations
• Manage contractor performance, certifications, billing, and cost controls
• Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Lead site teams to ensure productivity, discipline, and timely milestone achievement
