Construction Design Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Design Coordinator located in Pune. The role involves managing design aspects of construction projects, coordinating architectural and design-related activities, reviewing and preparing submittals, and ensuring the seamless execution of tasks. The individual will also work closely with project management and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality.

• Proficiency in Design Management and Architecture
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Project Management to oversee timelines and deliverables of construction projects
• Familiarity with reviewing and preparing Submittals
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot design and project-related challenges
• Educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of local construction regulations in Pune is a plus
