Overview:

We are looking for a CAD Tools Support Specialist to support and maintain our corporate CAD environment. The role focuses on Siemens NX and its integration with Teamcenter, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely user support, and secure system deployments. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an international environment and supporting engineering teams with reliable and efficient CAD solutions.

Minimum work experience: 3 to 7 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelors or masters degree in software engineering, Informatics, or a related field

Professional Requirement (SME)

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in CAD tools support or administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens NX (mandatory)
• Experience with Teamcenter integration is highly preferred.

Area of responsibility

• Provide daily support for corporate CAD tools(NX) and assist users with technical issues
• Install, maintain, and support NX and Teamcenter integrations
• Support regular software updates and cybersecurity-related activities
• Develop and maintain add-ons for NX
• Deploy CAD solutions in line with corporate security standards
• Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed timelines
• Work closely with international and cross-functional teams
