Job Description
Hiring: Compliance Officer Merchant Banking | SEBI Registered Intermediary | Mumbai
Our Client, a SEBI registered investment bank, is looking to hire a Compliance Officer to lead and manage regulatory compliance for its capital markets and investment banking business.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 710 years (post qualification)
Qualification: Company Secretary/ Law graduate
Key Requirements (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking / Investment Banking firm
- Strong hands-on exposure to SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, ICDR, LODR, Takeover Code, PIT Regulations
- Experience handling compliance for IPOs, open offers, buybacks, QIPs, delistings, OFS
- Comfortable liaising with SEBI, Stock Exchanges and other market intermediaries
- Ability to independently own the merchant banking compliance function
