Ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor adherence to client compliance requirements, codes of conduct, and ethical standards.
Plan, conduct, and support factory audits, social audits, and third-party compliance assessments across India
Coordinate with factories, vendors, and internal teams to close audit observations within agreed timelines.
Maintain and regularly update compliance policies, SOPs, and documentation.
Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
Act as the point of contact for compliance-related queries from clients and external auditors.
Support risk assessments related to sourcing, vendor onboarding, and new projects.
Report compliance status, gaps, and corrective actions to senior management on a periodic basis.
