Community & Growth Associate

Mumbai | Early-stage Startup | Full-time

Finitee is looking for a Community & Growth Associate to help build and grow our early user community through a mix of offline and online initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building communities, and working in a fast-moving startup environment. You will help introduce Finitee to new users, develop partnerships with groups and communities, and support both digital and on-ground marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

* Support offline marketing initiatives such as campus outreach, community engagement, and small events

* Build partnerships with clubs, communities, and organizations to introduce Finitee to their members

* Assist with digital marketing and social media initiatives

* Help onboard new users and guide them on how to use the app

* Support community engagement and user activity within the platform

* Coordinate with early adopters and community champions to build momentum

Requirements

* 13 years of experience in marketing, community building, partnerships, or growth roles

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Comfortable interacting with people and representing a new product

* Interest in startups, community platforms, or consumer apps

* Ability to take initiative and work independently

Nice to Have

* Experience with event organization or campus marketing

* Familiarity with social media marketing tools
