Caarabi Coffee Roasters is at the forefront of Indias growing specialty coffee culture. From thoughtfully sourced green beans to carefully crafted roasts, we work closely with estate partners across the country to create coffees that celebrate origin, flavour clarity, and craftsmanship.
Through our experience roastery in New Delhi, we bring specialty coffee closer to the community through tastings, education, collaborations, and immersive coffee experiences. Our coffees are served by cafs, restaurants, and hospitality brands across India while we continue to build a strong community of coffee lovers and professionals around the craft.
We are looking for aCommunity & Brand Experience Managerwho will lead how people experience the Caarabi brand bothat the roastery and across our digital platforms
TheCommunity & Brand Experience Managerwill be responsible for building and nurturing the Caarabi community through engaging experiences, storytelling, and meaningful brand interactions.
This role blendscommunity management, events, marketing, and brand storytelling. You will ensure that every interaction with Caarabi whether online, at events, or at the roastery feels thoughtful, engaging, and aligned with our brand philosophy.
You will work closely with the founders, creative team, and operations team to shape how customers, partners, and the wider coffee community interact with the brand.
- Own and manage thecustomer experience at the Caarabi Experience Roastery
- Engage with customers, coffee enthusiasts, industry professionals, and partners visiting the roastery
- Build and nurture a strongcommunity around the Caarabi brand
- Ensure every visitor experiencesthoughtful hospitality, storytelling, and coffee education
- Collect customer feedback and identify ways to improve the overall experience
- Act as abrand ambassadorfor Caarabi at the roastery and external events
- Conceptualize and executecoffee experiences, tastings, workshops, and cupping sessions
- Plan and hostcommunity events and brand activations
- Coordinate collaborations with:
- Cafs
- Restaurants
- Bars and mixologists
- Hospitality brands
- Lifestyle and creative brands
- Manage event logistics including planning, guest communication, setup, and hosting
- Represent Caarabi duringpublic events, tastings, and industry engagements
- Plan and manage thesocial media calendar and posting schedule
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, and stories
- Develop storytelling around:
- Coffee origins and processes
- New coffee launches
- Roastery life and behind-the-scenes moments
- Events and collaborations
- Educational coffee content
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and the creative team
- Monitor engagement and optimize social media performance
- Interact with and grow theonline community
- Identify and developcollaborations with brands, cafs, and creators
- Build relationships with hospitality partners and creative communities
- Plan collaborative marketing activations and campaigns
- Assist withPR outreach and brand partnerships
- Expand Caarabis presence within the coffee and hospitality ecosystem
- Coordinate with the website team for:
- product updates
- coffee launches
- event announcements
- storytelling updates
- Ensure thedigital experience reflects the brand accurately
- Support online product launches and marketing campaigns
- Conceptualize and executebrand campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Support launches of new coffee releases and limited offerings
- Plan seasonal marketing activations and promotions
- Maintain a consistentbrand voice and storytelling approach
- 25 years experience incommunity management, brand marketing, hospitality, events, or social media
- Experience working withlifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brandsis a strong plus
- Interest or experience inspecialty coffee, food & beverage, or hospitality culture
- Excellentcommunication and storytelling ability
- Strongsocial media management and content planning skills
- Event planning and community engagement experience
- Strongorganizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand identity
- Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable interacting with people
- Passionate abouthospitality, community, and culture
- Curious and eager to learn about coffee
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a sense of ownership
