Tasks and Responsibilities:

Execute structured follow-ups for overdue, EMI, and milestone payments.

Negotiate payment plans within defined company policies.

Coordinate with NBFC/loan partners for loan approvals and disbursement

tracking.

Maintain accurate CRM updates and collection trackers.

Ensure compliance with invoicing, GST, and documentation standards.

Identify risk accounts and escalate as per defined recovery timelines.

Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Finance teams for seamless payment

processing.

Share periodic reports on recovery status and outstanding balances.
