Experience: 7+ Years (Minimum 6+ Yrs experience in Cohesity is Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking highly experienced Cohesity Backup Engineers (L4 level) to manage and support enterprise-scale backup, recovery, and data protection environments. The role involves handling complex operations, troubleshooting critical issues, and providing expert-level consultation across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Cohesity backup and restore operations, including implementation, configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Manage complex backup, recovery, and data management scenarios in enterprise environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Cohesity-related incidents.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance of backup systems.
• Integrate Cohesity solutions with enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP added advantage).
• Provide 247 operational support, including weekend on-call rotation.
• Act as an L4 SME, offering guidance, best practices, and consultation to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Backup & Recovery / Data Protection roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cohesity DataProtect.
• Proven experience in enterprise backup operations and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to virtualized environments, storage systems, and operating systems.
• Experience with cloud integration and hybrid infrastructure is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
