• 810 years of strong hands-on development experience in IBM Cognos Analytics
• Expertise in:
• Report development (pixel-perfect & ad-hoc reports)
• Interactive dashboards and scorecards
• Drill-through reports and advanced visualizations
• Strong experience with:
• Framework Manager (data modeling)
• Cognos Data Modules
• Transformer (PowerCubes) and Dynamic Cubes

• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
• Hands-on experience with:
• Stored procedures
• Query performance tuning and optimization
• Experience across multiple databases such as:
• Oracle
• DB2
• SQL Server
• Teradata

• Solid understanding of:
• Data warehousing concepts
• Dimensional modeling (Star / Snowflake schemas)
• ETL processes and data integration
• Proven ability to design scalable and high-performance analytics solutions

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for Cognos report customization
• Experience in:
• Cognos Administration
• Security setup (users, roles, permissions)
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting

• Exposure to other BI / Analytics platforms such as:
• AWS QuickSight
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Familiarity with Python and/or R for advanced analytics and data science use cases
• Knowledge of:
• Agile methodologies
• DevOps practices
• Version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins)

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
• Understanding of DevOps principles with focus on automation and continuous improvement
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and business domains
