About the Role

Milestone Aluminium is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator with strong exposure to the faade industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating Elumatec machines (or exposure to Foam Industry / Fenstek) and a solid understanding of faade fabrication drawings. This role requires precision, technical knowledge, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and perform basic programming of CNC machines, particularly Elumatec
• Ensure machining accuracy as per fabrication and machining drawings
• Set up, calibrate, and monitor CNC machines for production
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of machines
• Measure and inspect components (holes, slots, profiles) to meet quality standards
• Work closely with the production team to meet project timelines
• Maintain safety and quality standards at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

• 510 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator in faade or metal fabrication
• Hands-on experience with Elumatec machines and basic CNC programming
• Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication and machining drawings
• Knowledge of machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a production environment
