Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Business Intelligence professional to lead MIS and Distribution Reporting for a large financial services organization. This role will define the BI vision, drive automation, enable real-time insights, and champion a strong data-driven culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Define the vision and roadmap for the Business Intelligence and MIS Reporting function.
2. Lead accurate and timely delivery of MIS reports and dashboards across Distribution and CXO stakeholders.
3. Drive automation of reporting processes and integrate analytics with digital data assets.
4. Design and enable data democratization through scalable BI and reporting solutions.
5. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 10+ BI professionals (including partners) to build a best-in-class BI team.

Requirements

1. Masters degree (M.Sc., M.Tech., MBA, or any quantitative discipline).
2. 7+ years of relevant experience in MIS reporting / Business Intelligence.
3. Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Power BI.
4. Prior experience in Financial Services is highly desirable.
5. Proven leadership experience managing large teams and senior stakeholders.
