This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager based in the City of Cape Town. The Cluster Manager will oversee the operations of multiple stores within the assigned region, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, analyzing sales data for business insights, and ensuring inventory levels are optimized. The Cluster Manager will also play a key role in setting performance targets, mentoring store managers, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance across the stores.

• Strong leadership and team management skills for overseeing multiple store teams and driving operational excellence.
• Proficiency in sales performance analysis, inventory management, and strategic planning to achieve business growth.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and customers.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities to navigate challenges and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Adaptability to embrace changes and a commitment to implementing best practices in retail management.
• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a similar position managing multiple locations.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
