Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Specialist with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mobile Device Management and Device Management Intune. This role is hybrid with a day shift schedule and no travel requirements. The Cloud Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and security.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and security.
  • Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management solutions to enhance device security and management.
  • Utilize Device Management Intune to manage and secure devices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement cloud strategies that align with business goals.
  • Monitor cloud systems for performance security and availability and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of cloud systems to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency of cloud services.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for cloud security and data protection.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Mobile Device Management and Device Management Intune.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in cloud security and best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing cloud strategies.
  • Have experience in conducting audits and assessments of cloud systems.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be able to train and mentor junior team members effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work closely with vendors and service providers.
  • Have experience in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of cloud infrastructure and processes.

  • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
