Cloud Operations & Automation Lead

Your role:

In this role, you will

• Manage and oversee the HSP Operations for the product portfolio in CI including Cost control
  • Define and implement cloud governance frameworks including policies to manage costs, strategy, and resource provisioning
  • DCP (PIPS archival as a Service, EPS)
  • AV on Cloud
  • Event Management solutions hosted on HSP
  • Including Security monitoring and compliance for Cloud
• Managing and driving Cost Control and Visibility for CI products-
  • Estimating costs for cloud consumptions
  • Establish Cost Monitoring Framework, Monitor Cloud Costs (MoM, YoY) and bring insights and identify opportunities to optimize costs by implementing best practices with a target to reduce around 10%-15% costs
• Active involvement in planning and executing cloud transformation programs from on-prem to cloud right from the FOK sites.
• Budget-wise reporting of products/solutions (primarily cloud )
• Implement and define processes to manage cloud workload

• Event Management
  • Identify end to end monitoring requirements and how MTTD and MTTR can be reduced.
  • Bring in common way of work for multiple products within CI from a monitoring stand-point

• Lead Automation initiatives in Operations
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities for operations for CI
  • Actively participate in transitioning & transformation activities and smooth handover from R&D/Planning & Design to Global Operations
  • Liaise with the team to ensure compliance with Philips regulations

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
