We are looking for an experienced Managed Services Cloud Engineer (L3) to join our team and provide advanced operational support for enterprise cloud environments.

Working Model: 247 rotational support

Shift Support: During major incidents

Role Objective

Provide expert-level operational support by resolving escalated incidents, leading major incident bridges, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving platform improvements across customer cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Own and resolve P1 / critical incidents

Lead major incident calls and technical decision-making

Perform deep RCA and implement corrective actions

Review cloud architectures for reliability, scalability, and security

Drive automation & continuous improvement

Mentor L1/L2 engineers and define technical standards

Technical Skills Required

Strong experience in Managed Services / Enterprise Operations

Expert knowledge in AWS and/or Azure

Advanced networking, security, DR & performance tuning

Automation & IaC (Terraform / Bicep / CloudFormation)

Monitoring, logging & observability strategies

Strong troubleshooting skills under high-pressure situations
