Role: Azure Devops Engineer

Shift Timings: 6.30PM - 3.30AM

JD:

Key Responsibilities

Assist in provisioning and maintaining test environments in Azure and on-premises platforms.

Support deployment of builds, patches, and configurations into test environments.

Track, monitor, and report on environment availability, stability, and performance.

Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure test environments are aligned with project needs.

Help maintain an environment inventory, including versions, configurations, and usage schedules.

Follow change management processes to ensure controlled and documented updates to test environments.

Assist in managing incident logs and escalating issues when environment disruptions occur.

Document environment setup, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure DevOps, Azure VMs, Storage, Networking).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source code repositories (Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos).

Strong interest in change management and ITIL principles (training or certification is a plus).

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
