Cloud Architect & Senior Developer — Azure | Digital Signage Platform

XOGO is entering a new phase of growth, and were expanding our cloud engineering team with someone who loves solving complex problems in Azure and building clean, scalable backends.

This role joins astrong, experienced team and will collaborate closely with our senior engineers in the US, India, Ecuador and Mexico. Its a hands-on position with room to contribute architectural guidance as we continue to scale.

What Youll Do

• Collaborate with our senior engineers to refine and optimize ourAzure SQL architecture (performance, maturity, cost control).
• Strengthen and modernize ourAzure App Services and PaaS-first environment.
• Improve performance and design clarity in ourinternal APIs , and contribute to futureexternal developer APIs .
• Enhance ourSignalR real-time infrastructure powering thousands of devices.
• Contribute toAI/ML integrations (Azure + Foundry).
• Support multi-region planning andEU data residency readiness (GDPR/Data Act considerations).
• Bring DevOps awareness to CI/CD, observability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Work with our Stripe subscription backend as we upgrade our billing architecture including monthly/yearly plans, in-app purchases, and more flexible payment flows.

Who You Are

• Strong experience with Azure architecture, SQL tuning, API optimization, and distributed PaaS design.
• Comfortable partnering with other senior engineers you collaborate, share ideas, and elevate the whole team.
• You think in terms ofefficiency before scale and enjoy simplifying complex cloud systems.
• Youve refactored or shaped cloud platforms before in a SaaS or IoT-like environment.
• Experience working with or interest inStripes subscription APIs (Prices, Subscriptions, Customers, webhooks) is a major plus.
• Familiar with designing forregional data residency and compliance expectations.
