We are looking for a Clinical Data SME Leader with a minimum of 4 years of overall relevant experience who can join us immediately or within a 15-day notice period.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid work model required to work from the office all five days a week)

What Youll Do

• Analyze and standardize clinical data for quality and consistency
• Define and implement quality assurance checks
• Develop documentation and training to promote best practices
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH) in clinical data management

What Were Looking For

• Educational background: Pharm D or MPharm
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (oncology experience is a strong advantage)
• Oncology knowledge is mandatory (familiarity with therapeutic regimens such as NCCN and ASCO guidelines required)
• Experience with clinical data models (OMOP, CDM) and ability to adapt standards for diverse use cases
• Strong collaboration skills in global, cross-functional teams
• SQL proficiency is a plus.
