Position: Manager / Senior Manager Healthcare Sales & Operations

Industry: Healthcare (OPD Clinics)

Location: Gurugram

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong OPD clinic exposure for leading Healthcare OPD clinic .

Hospital experience will NOT be considered.

Qualification:

Graduation / MBA preferred

Mandatory Experience:

510 years of experience in OPD setup clinics only

Direct exposure working with Gynecologists, Pediatricians, Child Health clinics

Strong understanding of OPD patient journeys

Hands-on, clinic-based leadership experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day OPD clinic operations

Drive consultation, diagnostics & follow-up revenue

Work closely with Gynecologists, Pediatricians , and other OPD consultants

Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care experience

Achieve revenue targets and manage clinic P&L

Lead on-ground teams and improve operational efficiency
