Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and the internal creative, strategy, and digital teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of each account.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
2. Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and expectations to ensure quality deliverables.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, media) to manage timelines, feedback, and approvals.
4. Prepare campaign briefs, meeting notes, timelines, and reports.
5. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of work.
6. Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to campaign and strategy development.
8. Identify opportunities to upsell services and grow client accounts.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a branding/advertising/digital agency.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
5. Understanding of branding, advertising, digital campaigns, and marketing processes.
