Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager who can act as the key bridge between clients and internal creative teams. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end client communication, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal deliverables
• Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams for timely execution
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and performance reports
• Upsell/cross-sell services where relevant and support business growth
• Work closely with influencer managers, creators, and talent teams for onboarding, negotiations, and execution
• Oversee multiple accounts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Guide and mentor junior client servicing executives and account managers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in client servicing / account management (media, advertising, digital agency preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Good understanding of digital content, branded campaigns, and media workflows
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
