Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for an In-House Client Servicing Executiveto act as the single point of contact between internal stakeholders and creative/production teams. This role ensures briefs are clear, timelines are met, and deliverables are executed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary coordinatorbetween business teams and creative/design teams
Receive, understand, and translate requirements into clear briefs
Manage day-to-day project communication and follow-ups
Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals
Ensure accuracy of content, formats, and brand guidelines before release
Coordinate with print/digital vendors when required
Maintain job sheets, status trackers, and documentation
Understand and execute shoots for content requirements
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordinationskills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good understanding of creative, print, and digital workflows
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, email communication tools
Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related field
13 yearsof experience in client servicing / account management / coordination roles (Agency or brand-side experience preferred)
Good to have Experience in retail / fashion / FMCG / advertising agencies
