Client Servicing Executive

What will you do?

• Support the day-to-day functioning of assigned brands within a cluster.
• Ensure briefs, timelines, and expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams.
• Track deliverables across Content, Design, Video, and other teams to ensure work progresses as planned.
• Flag delays or potential risks early so teams can address them proactively.
• Maintain trackers, decks, MOMs, and overall documentation hygiene.
• Consolidate client and internal feedback clearly and accurately.
• Participate in brainstorms and reviews to understand brand tone and campaign thinking.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth and aligned execution.
