Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing interactions with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, preparing impactful presentations, ensuring smooth communication, and overseeing account management activities in alignment with client goals and agency deliverables.

• Proficiency in Client Services and Client Relations to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
• Strong skills in delivering compelling Presentations and communication.
• Expertise in Customer Service and Account Management to address client needs and oversee project implementation effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational background in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a bonus.
