Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in VILLIVAKKAM, Chennai for a Client Services - Senior Executive / Supervisor. The role involves managing client accounts, nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the successful delivery of services. Duties include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, providing solutions, and maintaining high standards of service.
