The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in managing client relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns. This position combines strategic thinking, project leadership, and business acumen to deliver outstanding client satisfaction and creative excellence. The Client Success Manager serves as the voice of the client within the agency aligning their goals with Rioconns creative vision to produce impactful results.

Job Role:

• Oversee day-to-day management of key client accounts, ensuring smooth communication, delivery, and strategic alignment.
• Develop a deep understanding of each clients brand, objectives, and challenges to proactively provide solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams creative, strategy, digital, and media to drive campaign success from ideation to delivery.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative, insight-driven marketing ideas and proposals.
• Present strategies, campaign plans, and performance reports to clients and internal leadership.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure efficient execution of deliverables.
• Ensure all communication and creative output aligns with the clients brand tone, vision, and objectives.

Qualification:

• 5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand strategy (preferably within an advertising or digital agency).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple large-scale accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of marketing and brand communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and performance-driven teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Passion for building long-term relationships and delivering measurable results.
