Were Hiring: Account Manager Client Servicing (Freelance / In-House)

Were looking for a Client Servicing professional who can act as the primary communication bridge between clients and our internal team, ensuring smooth approvals, clear feedback flow, and strong client relationships.

We are hiring for two engagement types:

Freelance Client Servicing (Remote)

• Work from home
• Payment: Account-wise / Monthly per client
• Ideal for candidates already handling multiple accounts

In-House Client Servicing (On-Site)

• Full-time office role
• 3 LPA - 5 LPA
• Direct coordination with clients, strategists, designers & video team
• Ideal for candidates who prefer structured agency environment

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients for content approvals, feedback, and updates
• Maintain daily coordination via calls, WhatsApp, or email
• Clearly translate client feedback into actionable internal briefs
• Follow up internally to ensure timely delivery
• Track pending approvals and maintain client communication logs
• Build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction & retention
• Support strategy and creative teams with clear requirement gathering
• Handle basic issue resolution and escalate when needed

Ideal Candidate

• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Experience in client servicing / account management / coordination
• Comfortable handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Organized and proactive with follow-ups
• Agency or marketing background preferred
• Professional, calm, and solution-oriented

Bonus If You Have

• Experience working in digital marketing / social media agency
• Exposure to creative approval workflows
• Ability to understand basic content or marketing terminology
• Experience using project tracking tools or CRM systems
