Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from initial customer inquiry to final shipment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track workflow, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure adherence to defined timelines.

Communication & Coordination

• Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with international buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up on materials, approvals, sampling, and other critical project milestones.
• Prepare professional emails, reports, and regular status updates for both internal and external stakeholders.

Data Management & Documentation

• Maintain and update production trackers, order sheets, status reports, and shipping documentation.
• Organize and manage records related to costing, sourcing, sampling, and other operational processes.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Experience: Open to Experienced professionals or Freshers .
• For experienced candidates, mandatory exposure to Manufacturing environments , preferably in a B2B business model .
• Compensation: CTC up to 20,000 21,000 per month (maximum) .
• Education:
• Schooling from ICSE / CBSE / other recognized boards (English Medium only)
• Graduation/Post-graduation in B.A. (English / Mass Communication) / BBA / MBA / B.Tech
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong command over English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated interest in luxury, fashion, manufacturing, and global trade .
• Willingness to learn industry-specific practices and apply knowledge to drive operational excellence.
