Client Relations & Interior designer- Manager

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised interior designer to join our bespoke lighting studio. This role is pivotal in managing client communication, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring seamless project execution, from initial enquiry to final delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Manage enquiries, prepare presentations, quotations, and follow up on proposals
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely execution
• Track project timelines and maintain workflow efficiency
• Oversee invoicing coordination, payment follow-ups and balance clearances
• Support sales efforts, business development and relationship building
• Assist with market research and marketing initiatives

What Were Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in lighting ,interior design, home dcor, or a related field
• Organised and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and digital platforms
• Proactive mindset with ownership-driven work ethic
