Client Operations - lead

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Operations Lead who will be ensuring an exceptional client experience after the sale is completed. They act as the primary operational contact for clients, coordinating onboarding, resolving post-sales issues, ensuring smooth delivery of services/products, and supporting account teams with process execution. This role requires strong communication, problemsolving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

What youll do

Act as the main point of contact for clients after the sale is completed.

Handle client questions, requests, and issues promptly.

Work with internal teams to resolve client concerns end-to-end.

Manage post-sales tasks such as setup, configuration, and order or service processing.

Ensure all client information and account details are accurate in internal systems.

Track and meet service timelines and SLAs.

Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed.

Support account managers with client updates and reporting.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance client experience.

Document processes and maintain clear records of all client interactions.

Prepare reports and updates on client operations as required.

What were looking for

24 years of experience in client operations, customer support, post-sales service, or similar roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Proficiency with Advance Excel.
